Australia has one of the best traceability platforms in the world.
The National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) is Australia's system for the Traceability and identification of Cattle, providing us with an advantage in the global market.
All TMC animals are assigned an accredited NLIS & Visual device of their original birth property, this allows us to identify the physical location of livestock at all times, correlate movement data, and capture the life history of our animals, including treatments and rations consumed.
With this information, we can ensure the highest welfare standards and guarantee our product is of the highest quality. Traceability means we have Transparency!! With the current climate around social license and Agricultural procedures, we feel offering transparency means we can break down some of the barriers between industry and consumer.
